I’ve been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years. It’s so crazy to even hear that, 20 years! I started off loving Zumba in college so much, I had to get certified. My passion for fitness continued to grow and now I’m Pilates & Barre certified. Teaching classes made me quickly realize that movement is such a small part of wellbeing.
What we fuel our bodies with nutritionally, spiritually, socially, all truly make a huge impact. I’ll always continue to learn in this field, and that is why I’ve become a Holistic Health Coach & Nutritionist.
My true calling is to continue to educate our community and help people become the best version of themselves. I love walking with my dog jax, paddle boarding lakes in Wisconsin, adventuring and music! If I’m not on a lake, I’m at my camper outside Dundee.
